Unfortunately, New Orleans Public Library is no longer offering or renewing Non Resident cards.

I purchased a non-resident card last year and it was wonderful. It's due to expire on May 20, 2026, so I asked if they were automatically renewing it with my card as they said they would and I received this email reply back.

"Due to an unsustainable demand and the rising cost of e-resources, we are no longer accepting applications or renewing non-resident cards online. Interested U.S. residents can still stop by any of our locations to renew for $100.00."
