"UPDATE" About my new buddy patate

"Madame Patate" has finally seen a vet this morning. And after all she is NOT permanganate but has only took some weight since I'm taking care of her.

As a friendly female living outside and not being pregante the vet think she might already be spayed. And therefore she might be an abandoned/lost pet that just survived outside until she finally found us.

The trip to the vet was awful my poor girl drooled and panted all the way in the car. The vet was even a bit worried and had to medicate her and put her under oxygen so she can calm down. The vet had to limit the checks to the minimum to not overstress her. (So no spay verification 🤷‍♂️)

Otherwise she is in good health and estimated to be one and a half year old. I plan to continue keeping care of her outside while still offering her to go in if she want (I also started building her a shelter that she already used when it rained, see pic)

Thanks for all the messages in my initial post you guys are awesome ! 🐈

Is my new buddy pregamte ?

Meet "Ms Patate", stray/feral, she has been around my folks neighborhood for a few months.

I've been feeding her regularly for a few weeks since I'm around more and she now only hang around in the yard/porch. She's sweet and very independant.

I feel she's getting quite a belly but I'm not sure if I'm overfeeding or if she's pregante ?

Ps: I'm currently desensitizing her to a carrier to be able to get her to a vet appointment soon
