Natatakot ako na I'll regret this. And ayoko rin mafeel na kulong ako sa Indang while the people who surrounds me in SHS ay halos nasa Manila lahat (I saw posts about this eh huhu).

I mistakenly selected the off-campus medical examination. May I ask if it is still possible to change it to on-campus? If not, may I use my already processed medical record from JED Diagnostic Center in Manila, using the medical endorsement from TUP-Manila?
