I remember wanting to play the division 2 some time ago, and saw some videos saying that the new york dlc was like... the 90% of the game cause it raised the level cap and added the endgame.

Did things change? or is the endgame and the level cap a standard thing now? cause I want to start playing and idk if buy the dlc or not

So, I just started playing endgame so sorry if this sounds as a stupid question.

I was curios about those world events, do they spawn randomly or are they activated?

Same as the nightmare zones, sometimes the game says that a bomb is about the explone in a zone, and then it creates a nightmare zone with a boss, but everytime I open the map I see there already a lot of players in that zone, so I think it has to be activated?
