Am finishing my basement and have gotten to this wall/window.

I’m going to be boxing the ducting in but I can’t figure out what would be best for the actual wall.

Not sure if I should cut the window off? Would be easiest but then it would look stupid from outside.

Or finagle some angle cuts coming off the bulkhead to above the window so that it doesn’t get cut off.

Or can I fix them?

Can I just bang the top of the stringer back into the ledger board at the top?
