Uncommon but traditional feeling name help!

Have a little boy due today! He is still nameless.

His big sister is Alexandra. We're based in the UK.

We settled on her name as like the regal vibes, potential nicknames, easily recognisable whilst being uncommon (think it ranks 200-250).

I'm wanting a similar vibe again this time. Please can I have opinions on my list and any suggestions would be appreciated!

So far (in order of preference) I like:

Laurence - think sounds great with Alexandra?

Charles - Alex & Charlie is cute, right? Though this is the most common name from the 3.

Maxwell - Max and Alex, like how both have X! Worried Max is a bit dog name like, though?
