Workout routine help?

This is my current routine

I tried to aim for a classic powerlift approach with some more focus on shoulders/back (i have to lift heavy stuff at work) and some little tweaks aimed at abductors/adductors for hockey

I do not lift very heavy when it comes to barbell squats and barbell bench press, I'm currently focused on proper form and technique, so that's why I try to balance it out with leg press/extensions and chest press/fly. I'd even go as far as to consider them "heavy warmup"

As for reps, I try to aim for 6-8 reps and I do 1 warmup set and 2 working sets per. With the first one or two exercises I add an additional warmup set (usually in the squats and bench, if I don't bench I add one to the lats and chest press), just to get things going

It usually takes me between 1-2 hours, which is totally fine by me

What do you think? Too much shoulders? Or maybe too much overall?
