The core clock is stuck at 202.5 MHz with a 50% power draw. The shunt resistors are low resistance. Would the next step be to replace the 3221 IC? I have checked the other shunt resistor next to the PCIe slot too. Both read the same 0.3 ohms
My Gigabyte 1660 Super OC arrived with a blow 1.8v IC.
All I can make out in the chip is GS92...
I have tried as GS9216 and GS9219 but no luck
Resistors and caps have been checked and replaced.
I'm hoping someone has the same board to tell me what the IC is.

It appears I have large voltage spikes on my Gigabyte GTX1660. The card doesn't detect.
Which IC is responsible for generating the 5v?
I have replaced the blown GS9216
I'm working on my first GPU.
This 1660 has a blown GS9216 which I have replaced, but it's not ouputting 1.8v.
There's 12v in and 3.3v on the enable pin. There's no 5v on pin 21 VCC but I have been told this isn't required when VCC is connected to pin 3 PFM
I have replaced the soft start capacitor C186 and the resistors on the feedback circuit R286, R287, R288 along with R291
There are no obvious shorts on the power rails.
Any help on what to check next would be appreciated.
I have a GTX1660 that's not generating 1.8V on pins 10, 11 from the GS9216
There are two resistors which I think are part of the feedback circuit.
R287 should be 10K is reading 6.1k
R288 should be 100 ohm is reading 0.8 ohm
These are measured in circuit.
There is 3.3v on the enable pin 2
Board shows no sign of shorts.
I have an oscilloscope to take readings too.
I do have measured
3v3_F (on R20)
12V_F (on R741)
5V (L1)
3v3_SEQ (on C1313)
1v8_AON (on R1) missing
1v8_main_pgood (on D507) 3.3v on both top pins
