I made a formal complaint through td complaint Line a month ago. Got a email 2 days after saying I had a case manager and she would reach out in a couple days. I wrote a detailed complaint to her in response. That was July 17. I’ve emailed multiple times asking for an update. And left multiple voicemails on her confidential voicemails is this normal? I’ve had nothing but issues with this latest mortgage renewal
