What's the cheapest road bike with 2x di2 and good components? Looking to transfer parts to another frame.

I'm looking to build a Chinese bike but still have a c2w voucher. Sometimes its cheaper to buy a bike and swap the parts over to the new frame but there doesn't seem to be much difference in price at the moment.

The best I've seen is a boardman at £1.5k but out of stock everywhere.

Is there anyway to buy a Chinese fame on the c2w scheme?

I really love the light carbon LCR018-D frame geometry and looks but obviously its not in uk shops. I could buy lots of the components but the biggest outlay will be the fame, bar and wheels from China. Is there any way these could be purchased through thr cycle to work scheme?

Longer reach bike, will I adapt or am I setting myself up for misery?

I'm looking at a new bike at an amazing deal but the reach is 20mm longer than my current bike. All my bikes are fairly upright so the new bike will still be endurance geometry just slightly more stretched. Is it possible to adapt to these longer positions or am I just setting myself up for pain and heartbreak?

How much of an upgrade is electronic shifting?

I've recently been bike shopping and thinking about upgrading my endurance bike from a cube attain to a cube agree. If I'm being honest with myself the only difference is electronic shifting compared to my ultegra cable shifters, and importantly the looks. Is electronic shifting worth the extra money.

Edit: a lot of people are saying that after trying it they wouldn't ride without it...but i have 3 other bikes so am I going to fall out of love with them?

I'd like to look at a cycling event for later in the year. I've done the New Forest tour but would like to try something new. Im an ok cyclist, can likely do 100 miles a day but probably not anything more extreme. Hopefully I'll do the "Chase the sun" one day but unlikely for 2026.

I'm currently bike shopping and trying to pick a new bike. I've been focusing on gravel as the roads near me are awful and I like the option to take the odd canal path (very light gravel), but am I looking for the wrong bike?

I have an older, ugly, beaten aluminium giant revolt that is prefect for gravel and stones. I also have nice carbon lightweight cube attain endurance bike running 32mm tyres. My plan was for a carbon gravel bike for when things are too rough for the attain but not rough enough for the heft of the revolt. But lots of endurance bikes can take wider tyres now. Should I be looking at gravel or endurance?

Before you say "don't buy a new bike" I've got a big birthday coming up, agreement from my better half and a very large C2W voucher burning a hole in my pocket.

50mm tyre clearance, udh compatible and decent geometry so it ticks a lot of boxes.

Has a similar look to the LCR018-D and the mondraker.

Anyone tried it before I order one?
