One of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with , 60 days I have waited and not heard a thing from hsbc saying when I will get access to my account again , I told them I have financial hardship as this is main bank and the people on the phone have no answer for me they just say “ will receive sms once review done “ how does that help me in life pay for food and bills ?
