Kia Access App

Brand new Kia Soul owner here. In my 2 whole days of experience, I'm trying to get a handle on the maintenance schedule because, even though it's used, the dealership included 4-year Bumper to Bumper, and Powertrain Warranty Forever. I don't want to mess up and miss a scheduled service.

I downloaded the Kia Access app and scanned my VIN, but the information that comes up in the app is not up to date. It shows a bunch of service that should have been done by now as missing.

I guess my question is whether the app is capable of being accurately updated, and who is authorized to update it, me or the dealership?

Thanks in advance and sorry for the maybe silly question. My last car was a 2005 so I'm a bit out of my element.

These straight, black lines are not part of the art. If I create a new mesh, the lines disappear in Live2d, but reappear in the model when it's opened in Vtube Studio, or if I look at the texture atlas.

Has anyone seen this before and know how I get rid of it?

I know I'm not qualified to be doing this, and I appreciate your time and patience when I mess up. I'm old, and my special needs son wants to try his hand at Vtubing. We're obviously not at a point where commissioning a model is on the table. I do try to search for answers before posting here. I really appreciate your help.

Thanks so much!

After skinning my hair, I have two random straight lines that don't appear in the PSD file and weren't on the last version that I exported without the hair physics.

Does anyone know what I did to make these lines?...and maybe how to get rid of them?

Thanks so much for any advice.

New to Live2d and I must have pushed a button wrong. Everytime I choose a mesh that I've deformed, it shows me all these little "ghost trails" for lack of a better term. Once I click off of the mesh in question, the trail disappears. But I need for this to stop. I can't see what I'm doing when I'm deforming a mesh.

Any ideas? Thanks so much in advance.
