How to get more consistent

I’m 18, around 6’0 barefoot and 175 lbs, and I’ve been lifting for about 3 years. My vertical is likely in the low to mid thirties (prolly around 32).

I started dunking in the summer before grade 12 and got a bit better as that year went on. This summer a few months ago I was at best ever, getting consistent two hand dunks in lay up lines in a tournament. I was also catching self lob two hand and even a one hand one.
Lately though I haven’t been able to dunk consistently. My form with the ball has gotten worse for some reason, even though my actual vertical hasn’t gone down. I haven’t gotten a proper dunk in a few weeks.

How can I get to a point where I can consistently hit comfortable two hand dunks, not having to worry much about having to execute everything perfectly for the ball to go in? I think I’d need a 35-36 inch vertical for that.

Rn I’m doing weights and I got decent strength can do 235 lb elevated heel back squats for 5 and RDLs with 255 for 6. Been getting into hang cleans again doing like 155 for 3.

What should I prioritize and how long could it take me to reach my goal? I’m a two foot jumper btw.

Shared Residence Swap

I have a shared building in place Vanier hamber house (I’m a first year).
If anyone who has a single room (I don’t care where it is) wants to switch with me, pls let me know. Either message me or text me on Reddit somehow. I’m very desperate.
