Phone won't connect to wifi and the esim doesn't work and neither does an actual sim (Samsung Galaxy S25)
I am not really sure if this is the correct place to ask but I am having an issue with my sons phone. There was an issue with it a few months ago where the esim deactivated, I called support and had it resolved, jump to a few weeks ago the esim issue came back and now it won't connect to Wi-Fi either. I took it to a repair place yesterday and they replaced the antennas but that didn't fix the issue. No, I don't have insurance on the phones which I know is really stupid but I also didn't expect this.
