I can’t initiate a job change for worker (the button doesn’t even show in their profile) although they definitely don’t have a future termination event.
Security is definitely ok.

We would like to enable managers to select a custom org when using Start Job Req, however, this field is not available on Start JR. Has anybody come up with any workarounds for that?
Why can’t I delete a performance goal that isn’t associated with a review? I’m getting an error “You are not eligible for this process” although my security group is on the BP security policy for “Delete Goal”
Do your companies translate job profiles? If so, how? Does it need to be manual or does Workday offer any automatic translation features? Thanks.
