1st time losing weight
Hi all, I am 4’11 152 lbs and 20 yrs old, I used to be around 115-120, but since I started meds and everything (not taking them anymore as of rn) and moving out, I’ve gained about 30-40 lbs and I just keep gaining. I’ve never had to worry about weight loss before, nothing I have fits, and I’m having major issues with seeing myself thru other ppls eyes.
I plan on walking starting this week, watching what I’m eating/drinking. But I want this weight gone fast because I can’t seem to accept it, are there any supplements to help shred that weight off or help metabolism that’s worth the money and works quickly?
I plan on saving up for some at home workout equipment too… any techniques would be awesome, thank you guys..
