I want to begin a side hustle, either drop shipping or starting a clothing brand but I feel it’s too over saturated, and the market is huge, not lots of space to compete. Is it worth it to start up? Is there any way to stand out from the rest?

Hello, so for context I am trying to strength train and bulk up to get bigger and achieve a more leaner build, fill out my body basically.
And today I haven't lifted yet. But from 4-8pm I was playing sports with my buddies and obviously I am a bit tired right now. I am able to work out but it will be a bit harder and I'm not sure if lifting in a bit is something I should do or if it will do more bad than good. Will it hurt my progress if I continue? Or will it hurt if I don't? Advice needed thank you.
