Pressing books with signatures?

Hey all, I’m very new to pressing and I’ve been testing and trying different things left and right, but I have several modern books with autographs, and wondering if you guys have a different approach when pressing sig books? Steam, no Steam, less Steam? Lower temp on the heat press, less time? Extra SRP paper? Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

Has anyone ever seen this?

This is on Spawn 219 in the bottom middle of the front cover. It appears to be raised and not a crease or scratch of any kind. It’s not present on the inside of the cover and it did not appear to change or flatten at all under a tack iron. Is it possibly a printing error? Excess ink? Would CGC mark in as a defect in grading? Thanks! 😊
