hey all, wondering what's the most efficient way to bring elements from one project to another -- namely camera moves made with keyframes, and other elements like titles & graphics?

i edited my film on 19.1.4 -- so that's where all the final edit, keyframes, titles, gfx, etc all are

but, i need to render out the Colour Grade from my DP's timeline -- from 20.3.3. i tried importing his grade into 19.1.4, or even into my project (after upgrading to 20.3.3) but still for some reason the grade doesn't look right unless i'm rendering from his .drp project.

DP originally asked me for an XML file of my edit, which i now realize was a mistake, because they should have asked me for my .drp -- which would have preserved all the nuances of my timeline

so...i need to bring all the elements of my edit -- motion keyframes, reframed shots, graphics, titles, etc -- into my DP's .drp project and render the final film from there

i asked them what the most efficient way to do this would be, but they only said to manually rebuild on his timeline...

..im thinking there must be a better way?

if anyone has any ideas i'd be very grateful as festivals need our final file this week :*(

Hi everyone, I edited my short film in Resolve 19.1.4, but my DP/Colourist did the grade in Resolve 20-something

He got the Timeline via XML file, but some errors showed up on his end, like black frames, and some digital camera moves don't show up right.

Ideally, I bring his Grade into my timeline, where I know all those things are correct, so I don't have to double check every keyframe, graphics, etc. Is there a way to bring his Grade from v20 into my v19?

If not, and have I have to upgrade to v20, what's the best way to do that? (all the stories of errors or performance downgrade makes me worried!)

Do I just open his timeline and then manually copy/paste each node tree per shot from his Grade onto my timeline shot-by-shot?
