Hi all - just moved into an NYC unit and flooring is in bad shape - discoloration, dark spots and a soft spot near bathroom.
Are these cause for concern or normal wear and tear? Should I be raising this to the landlord?
Hi all - just moved into a unit in NYC and the flooring is in pretty bad shape - lots of damage and discoloration and spots, and one soft spot near the bathroom.
On top of this spotted this big fella crawling near the bathroom.
Think this is a carpenter ant from the looks of it but an exterminator looked at my photos and dismissed that it’s a regular stray ant. What do you all think?
