Hi everyone !

My landlord decided to sell our apartment.
They ask for a price way above market but since we live in a great neighborhood, people might want to buy it and evict us to live in there.

We would make an offer but we know it won’t be accepted because it would be too low.

The apartment is priced above market for a few reasons : problems with humidity, little water damage and lack of insulation (so it’s super cold in winter but fresh in summer..)

How do I make people not want to buy our apartment? The realtor already has planned some visits next week.
I will be home for those visits with potential buyer but I don’t want to make it obvious that this apartment isn’t worth the price to buyers.

What could I do so people won’t make an offer?

So, where we live we have to check your heater every year. It has to be done by a professional to make sure everything is working the way it is supposed to be.

This year I don’t know why but my boyfriend decided to go with a different company. He did not vet them. Turns out they are scamming people everywhere. I found out after while doing some research.

Instead of paying 140€ as announced on the phone when we asked for a quote, we payed 300€. And they just did a check up, not even changed anything.

After doing some research, many people online accused them of doing this and even worse.

I, in the other hand, have found many information about this company, the guy who created it and also two other companies he created. So I have personal email address, two company email addresses and two cellphone numbers ; one personal physical address and two companies adresses.

What could I do with that ?

I’m okay not getting my money back, I don’t have the energy to fight. But I do have energy to do something with the info I have. What should I do ?
