I measured my lead drop-off and realized I was losing almost 40% of potential buyers. Here is a simple 6-question framework to audit yours.

Most creators and builders think they have a traffic or a offer problem. But more often than not, it’s a friction problem—leads dropping off right before they convert without saying a word.
I spent the last few weeks analyzing behavioral drop-off patterns and built a quick 6-question diagnostic flow to pinpoint exactly where and why leads disappear (whether it's choice overload, hesitation, or bad timing).
It’s completely free and takes less than 2 minutes to run through, but it gives you a clear picture of where you're losing revenue.
I don’t want to post external links here to respect the group rules.
If you want to run the audit on your funnel, comment "Audit" or DM me and I’ll send you the link directly!

Building in public: I’m looking for 3–5 store owners to test my conversion tool

I’m building Flow Era — a tool that helps online businesses understand where visitors hesitate before buying and gives them personalized ways to reduce drop-off.

I’m looking for 3–5 Shopify/eCommerce or digital product businesses that already have some traffic but want to improve their conversion rate.

I’ll give you free access for 30 days and personally help with the setup.

In return, I’d love honest feedback about whether the insights are actually useful.

No sales pitch — I’m mainly looking for real businesses to test this with and learn from.

If you’re interested, comment below or DM me with your website + what you sell.

How much revenue are you losing from the traffic you’re already paying for?

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately.

We spend money getting people onto a landing page, but once they arrive, most of them disappear.

And usually we look at conversion rate and say “we need more traffic.”

But what if the bigger problem is the people we’re already paying to acquire?

I built a simple free calculator that estimates how much revenue you could potentially be leaving on the table based on your traffic, conversion rate and average order value.

No signup or credit card — just enter your numbers and see what comes out.

I’m curious how this looks for people actually running paid traffic.

**How big is the gap between the traffic you’re buying and the customers you’re actually getting?**

For those of you making $1K+/month from digital products what would it take for you to make this your main income?

I’m genuinely curious.
If you’re already making $1K+ a month from digital products, but still treat it as a side income:

**What’s stopping you from making it your main source of income?**

More traffic?
More consistent sales?
Better products?
Not enough time?
Or simply not knowing how to scale beyond where you are?
And if you could choose one thing to fix right now, what would it be?
I’d love to hear from people who are actually doing this not “gurus” talking about it. 😅

Solopreneurs: how long did it take you to get your FIRST paying customer?

Not your first signup.
Not your first free user.
Your first person who actually paid you.

How long did it take from the moment you started building?
Days? Weeks? Months?

And what do you think finally made that first sale happen?

I keep daydreaming about the moment I get my first paying subscribers for my AI sales engine

Honestly, I just need to share this with people who get it.
I’ve been building my product (Flow Era) for months now. It’s an AI sales brain for creators and solopreneurs that detects lead hesitation in real-time and converts them before they leave.
I built the whole core logic using no-code and AI tools, and while the product is live and running, my head is completely filled with one constant daydream: seeing that dashboard light up with real, paid subscribers, one by one.
Building alone as a solopreneur is a wild ride. Some days you’re deeply focused on the vision, and other days you just can’t wait for that validation moment where all the silent nights pay off.
To anyone else currently in the "pre-revenue / early traction" grind — how do you channel that impatience while waiting for the snowball to start rolling?

: I built an AI tool that detects why digital product buyers hesitate before leaving. Looking for 5-10 beta testers

Hi everyone,
I’ve been studying user behavior on landing pages for digital products, and I noticed a recurring pattern: most potential buyers don't leave because the product isn't good—they leave because of micro-hesitations or unanswered questions right at the point of purchase.
To solve this, I’m building **Flow Era**—an AI sales assistant specifically for digital product creators. It analyzes visitor behavior in real time to address doubts naturally before the lead bounces.
I’m looking for **5–10 beta testers** who sell:
Notion or Canva templates
Ebooks, PDFs & Digital downloads
Mini-courses or guides
**What’s in it for you:**
Free access to the tool.
Insights into where and why your visitors are dropping off.
**What I’m looking for in return:**
Honest feedback on whether the setup was easy, if the insights were accurate, and what needs improvement.
If you’re interested in testing it out on your page, drop a comment below or send me a DM!

From designing houses to building a SaaS — my unexpected founder journey

I never imagined that my path would lead me here.
For years, I worked as an architect. I was used to designing spaces where people live, move, and make decisions. Every line, every detail, every choice had a purpose.
But somewhere along the way, I became fascinated by another kind of architecture — the architecture of digital experiences.
I started learning AI tools, experimenting, building, and understanding how technology could solve real problems.
Eventually, I made the leap from designing physical spaces to building a SaaS product.
I’m now building Flow Era — an AI-powered layer that helps creators and online businesses understand where potential customers hesitate before buying, and helps them create a better buying experience.
The transition has been anything but easy.
I went from having years of experience in a familiar field to being a complete beginner in SaaS:
● learning product development
● understanding users
● building an MVP
● talking to customers
● figuring out distribution
There were many moments of doubt, but I kept reminding myself that every great building starts with a foundation.
Right now, I’m looking for feedback from founders, creators, and online businesses.
If you’ve ever built a product, struggled with conversions, or tried to understand why visitors don’t become customers, I would love to hear your thoughts.
This is my journey from architect to SaaS founder — and I’m just getting started.

How do you make website tracking scripts feel less scary to users?

I’m building a tool that helps creators understand where visitors hesitate on their landing pages and why they don’t convert.
The product works by adding a small tracking snippet (similar to analytics tools) to the website to understand user behavior and provide insights.
One concern I have: some users might feel uncomfortable when they hear “install this code on your website” or “we analyze visitor behavior.”
For SaaS founders and developers:
How do you communicate this in a way that builds trust?
Do you avoid words like “tracking” and “monitoring” and use alternatives like “analytics” or “conversion insights”?
Would you show a simple explanation of what data is collected and what is NOT collected?
Would a “copy/paste code” installation feel more trustworthy if it looked like a widget/plugin instead?
Would love to hear how you handled this in your products.

Built a No-Code AI Sales Tool (Lovable/Base44) — High traffic, 0 free trials. Need brutal UI/UX feedback!

Hey everyone!

I recently built and launched Flow Era (flow-era-ai.com) — a no-code AI sales brain for digital creators that detects visitor hesitation in real-time and handles objections automatically.
I’m getting initial mobile traffic from Instagram, but conversion to our 30-day free trial (no credit card required) is literally 0%.
I just adjusted our mobile pop-up triggers so they don't block the main call-to-action, but I know I’m still missing something crucial.

I’d love your honest feedback 🙏
