Hvala unapred

If you have a baby face, what are some things you do to look more "grown up"?

Assuming this is what you want, in some situations.

Edit: Thank you all for answers. I should have clarified that I do think it should be embraced, and I do. I like when people look at me differently after I speak and show them I do have experience in life 😄

But in certain situations when I want to look more "knowledgable" and "trustworthy" in appearance, I dress more sharply or put on some makeup, I end up looking like a clown because it's not suited to my face type, there is a clash and it doesn't say "functional adult", it says "kid playing adult". I was hoping for some tricks 😅

Are there tech companies that actually have and use processes?

Do large companies have strict procedures, artifacts etc, or is it all just vibe solving issues like I've witnessed so far? In my company they say "figure it out yourselves, we don't want to lock you in" but then everyone does their own thing and we spend so much time on aligning on stupid stuff that should, in my opinion, be predetermined. I feel like we're losing on 80% productivity because we don't want to lose 20% freedom. Maybe I'm wrong and I'm missing something?

How do you know if management is not for you after all?

I've read so many books etc on management and I know how things should be. But you can't find a perfect manager. The people who praise other people are just hyping each other up for appearances it seems. Like, people who like to praise go around and praise, that's how they become likeable themselves. Now, I really like leadership and management, but obviously in theory, because the actual practice is messy and very hard. How are people just going on with their day being managers, it's not possible to be the best to everyone anyway. How do you approach who will be a good manager or not?

What's the deal with Life OS?

Has anyone used an app for their whole life successfully or is that something that sounds good and then you abandon it? Especially if there are shared life/finances involved, which would mean multiple people need to update it.
