What’s your favorite coffee spot?

Visiting from Ontario and I love trying coffee in Montreal because it is not watered down, stronger and not overly sweet and heavy. The last spot I tried coffee was from Kouign Amann and have been thinking about it since then!

As much as I love hot drinks, I would prefer iced drinks to beat the heat like iced latte, iced coffees, iced matcha drinks. I am also perfectly okay to try other flavours like banana matcha lattes etc.

Went Pizza Hopping

The first pizza is from Pizza Bouquet (potato pizza), the second one is from the same place (it’s the Margherita pizza). Apologies that you can’t see the pizza as well without clicking on the picture first.
The third pizza is from Cafe San Gennaro (it’s also the Margherita pizza) along with the raspberry sorbet (perfectly sour, very generous portion for a small size).

Potato Pizza: 8/10 (a more unique flavor from some other options I have tried over the past). Red onions gave the pizza perfect sweetness

Pizza Bouquet Margherita slice: 7/10 (the olive oil was very flavorful on top)

San Gennaro Margherita slice: 6/10 (tasted slightly stale and seemed like it was sitting out for a bit). Would taste great if it was a fresher batch

Raspberry sorbet: 8/10 (perfectly sour and refreshing, not too sweet).

I know that shawarmaz gets mixed opinions but I really like getting their chicken shawarma bowl which is very filling for $19.99 and has rice, chicken, salad and potatoes.

It’s been my go to spot for dinners when I am visiting Montreal and want something satisfying since I usually don’t eat during daytime when I am sightseeing and just get snacks.

I am open to some more suggestions from the community about your favorite middle eastern spots (preferably not higher end).

Previously got recommended to try welldun pizza and it was a great experience. I am now looking for other pizza options to try for slices so I can try few varieties. I am open to any style of pizza (Roman, New York etc)

I scanned few older posts and found people recommending the following:
- pizza bouquet
- pizza Toni
- cafe san Gennaro
- taglio di Roma

Would love to hear from the community about your favorite spots or if you have any opinions about the spots I listed and your favorite slice of pizza.

So I got full body laser hair removal 2 years ago using Candela Gentlemax pro machine. I did my back, stomach, areolas, underarms, arms, full legs and Brazilian. Did not do my face and I am very glad I didn’t because I have heard a lot about paradoxical hypertrichosis and it happened to a close family member. I don’t have any hormonal issues and I am under no medications.

I am of south Asian decent and laser worked very well on my legs where I had coarse hair. I definitely need more sessions for Brazilian though. I regret getting it done on my back because I had very fine hair and I experienced slight paradoxical hypertrichosis so I did see some more growth than before.

**I wanted to seek advice from the community here about whether I should start few sessions or LHR for ONLY underarms (I have slight hair left here), Brazilian area (I have hairs left here which are also visible), areolas, and arms. My upper and lower arms have some fine hair. I have attached a picture. I just don’t want to repeat the mistake I made with getting my back done when it had fine hair and I wish I left it as it is. Wondering if I should also avoid getting laser done on my arms now since it also has fine hair.**

Tried la capital tacos last time I visited Montreal and wanted to try a new spot for my next visit.

I scanned few other posts and few people mentioned tacos el viejon and morena Mia. I will be coming with a friend and they love ordering birria tacos. I personally like ordering carne asada or pollo asada. Would love to hear some other suggestions from everyone here about your fav taco spots.
