Do you think there will be unique buildings allowing for special units?

So, I was thinking, hoping, that not unlike how certain settlements are "savage orc" settlements, or certain regions have a higher % chance of giving chaos giants to the recruitment pool in warhammer 3, that in 40k, a say jungle world, would have a building chain for Catachan Jungle fighters.

It could also function more like in shogun 2 ressources.

You could have:

Holy place: Less corruption, let you recruit Adepta Sororitas, to give you access to some heavier infantry, with decent range, have flamers for anti cover, something lacking in the imperial guard roster. Maybe also let you recruit a priest as a hero, boosting morale, both Sorotitas and priest could give suppression resistances aurora, again giving you guardsmen more chance on the offensive.

Jungle worlds for Catachans, who would have better charge, better melee defense, even better bonus for being in woods/jungle, also closing a hole in guardsmen army abilities, close quarter fighting.

There could be assassin temples, allowing you to hire anti single target heroes.

There could be forge worlds, that you need to build titans/stompas and baneblades.

Hive worlds that allow you to recruit cheap ganger units, with crap morale but decent in melee, maybe allows the army to raid better. Maybe they could reinforce from the ground directly in the map, rather than from the side. They could have vanguard deployment.

Penal worlds that allow you recruit even cheaper penal troops, maybe they could cost population to hire, rather than "gold".

There could be limits to how many special units you could buy or field in an army, and other than the battle sisters, they would have downsides as well, and not just be a straight upgrade.

There could be priest of Mars settlements and let you recruit a priest to boost your machines.

As army abilities and strategems seems to be a large part of the game, rather than spells in fantasy, these unique building chains could also open up for some of those.

Holy worlds could give benefits to morale, clear suppression status or something. Penal worls could let you sacrifice health from a broken unit to make it rally. Assassin's temple could let you poison single entities. Forge worlds let you repair machines, or restock ammo.

It's my impression that the "world map" is more unknown, or made up for this game, unlike warhammer fantasy. Which would mean the exact locations could be semi randomized.

Many of the unique buildings/locations could in time become their own factions/DLCs, but could start out as a few units you can get access to.

I think this mechanic would give your sandbox play some replayability and open your campaign to more interesting choice, in which way to expand.

What could be something similar for other factions?
