I need to ship a car from NWA to OR. Any recommendations or good or bad experiences for local pickup?

I am trying to download photos from the web and it gets stuck on "Preparing To Download". I have tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, small and different batch sizes (2-23, so not large quantity). I am able to download 1 at a time. I also tried adding them to an album and downloading the album, but that also failed. Seems like a service issue, but I'm not seing any widespread issues reported. Thanks for any ideas you have.
