Spotted on a car at a stoplight

Planted autumn of 2024, had one small spot of black and crusty leaves for a while but that faded away. This big brown patch is new.

Not what I was looking for at all, and found stuck in amongst tacky artwork. I gasped when I saw this plate for $8! McVay glass.
