Mill Creek Town Center

What’s going on there? A bunch of places seem to have closed down. Are there plans for new businesses or is it struggling?

Crack or Blemish?

I cook with this pan regularly and have no issues with it. I just can’t decide if this is a crack or a blemish.

Steak Options?

Birthday’s coming up and hoping to find a nice place for steak. Caveat being I want it somewhat affordable. I’m not looking for buzz in or outback prices, but I’m also not looking for a $72 ribeye like 1611. Would love some ideas.

BTW, thanks for all the sit down burger spots. Have a great list going now.

Sit Down Restaurant Burgers?

A bunch of threads on the best burger in town, but most if not all are from primarily take out or drive in places. Where’s the best burger from a sit down? I wish I liked Bob’s more, but it’s not the same as it used to be.

Seasoned with salt for a few hours and then I added a bunch of pepper and a little Kinders bourbon steak seasoning. Reverse seared at 250° until 125° internal. Then onto my genesis with the griddle insert. I wasn’t sure how tender it would be, but it was certainly tender enough for me. Absolutely delicious.

This is off a Chuck Roast. Is this a part that’s good for steak? I have a hard time seeing which one is steak worthy vs roast.
