Yesterday I did a post of my pastrami and pickles I’ve made but forgot to post about the mustard. Well here it is from today. Also are bread and butter pickles blasphemy with a pastrami sandwich, not on but accompanied with a fermented garlic dill pickle lol

Home cured and smoked pastrami on rye with Swiss. Accompanied by a home fermented cucumber or pickle
