Who is this famous retired soccer player who was attending the 2026 World Cup Final?

He was in a section with other greats like John Terry, Roberto Carlos, Cafu, and Marco Materazzi but I can't remember him. He definitely looks familiar. Sorry that I don't have a better picture. His hair was a dark blonde.
