Hi! My wife and I will be bringing home our new standard poodle puppy at the end of this month and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for items we should purchase as well as a high quality food brand for this breed. I’ve mostly raised Great Danes so this will be a new experience for me. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! We are so excited 😊
I found out in March that I had iron deficiency anemia. Here are my lab results for the past three months. I took ferrous sulfate on an empty stomach in the morning with 1000mgs of vitamin C, magnesium glycinate at night, and a loading dose of vitamin D prescribed by my doc once a week… oh and I ate LOTS of steak lol shout out to Costco. I immediately knew it was working about 3 weeks in. The brain fog I’ve been experiencing for years started to improve and now I’m able to exercise daily without collapsing! Also the horrendous dark circles under my eyes started to lighten but they’re still there.
My anemia is likely due to blood loss from my heavy cycles. Im still trying to figure out more natural ways to control the bleeding before I cave and take medication, but overall I’m so happy with my results!
Also if anyone has any idea why my ferritin and iron dropped slightly on my last test please let me know!
