If someone is in drug court in Illinois (multiple felonies) and they get arrested for a charge that is considered a felony due to prior charges, will they go to court "immediately"? I have read this on some websites, but I'm just wondering what "immediately" means. Also, I see that unless it's a major arrest that they might just continue getting drug-court sanctions vs. something more drastic like getting kicked out? thanks in advance. Any experience?
