four months have passed and I have been on a pure streak. Even though I m fair I used to have dry skin and visible wrinkles before I started SR. I tried all cosmetics and all were temporary and didn’t see lasting results. Since then I started eating clean, no sugar no caffeine followed by SR. Now I m seeing visible results. Skin looks younger and vibrant. I get a lot of compliments from people and they ask me what’s the secret. I say it’s all due to good sleep and good nutrition but the main credit goes to SR. Without SR you look dull and lifeless. I also had double chin and plump face which vanished due to SR. I guess it’s because SR might help in lowering cortisol levels and increase testosterone. Face look glimmering and glowing. I m beginning and starting to love myself. Apart from the skin and fat loss I have started lifting more weights with ease. People gimme this shocking expressions like : is this guy juiced up or what. A long back what I once thought was difficult to chase or attract are coming to me effortlessly. I get lots of dates with girls who look drop dead gorgeous & they share all their stories and secrets. They crave my presence. I never talk too much but I listen to them and only speak when needed. The conversations with women are amazing. They literally want you to listen to them. And they crave your presence like hell. All this happens due to SR.

Have you ever noticed on longer SR women glance at you. They step up and start to talk to you like they know you from a long time. Random people try to start a conversation and give you beat compliments.

3 months up. Previously the guilt used to make me feel ashamed all the time which further caused me to feel insecure when I m around with people. All these caused me low esteem and anyone could snub me easily. All these negative traits are gone. I feel more bold and brave naturally. The way I speak, walk & behave, all these come to me naturally. It’s like I don’t have to imitate anything or try to get better. Everything I do aligns with the flow. My physical & mental aspects are more refined. These are mental aspects that changed my whole perspective, mindset as well as my actions. 3 months ahed and still grinding. Attracting good luck is most of us have experienced but lately I m seeing I m being saved from every bad situations. I forgot to turn off the water heater as I went to the gym & came home 4 hours later. I opened the door and found the steam all over the hall and bathroom. Luckily nothing was damaged. Bathroom’s nearby roof had got damp and it dried later, in another instance I got viral fever & severe body pain, viral fever usually takes a week even on meds and more time to recover but in my case I took a pain killer and in 2 days I feel perfectly normal & I went to gym and worked out pretty well. I m experiencing I m being saved from bad things. Something is guarding me like a guardian angel, I guess the energy works in our favour. some can say this is just coincidence but warding off bad luck is not in anyone’s control. The universe works in your favour. I remembered “the energy speaks to you before you do”.

Been practising SR from past 3 months. I have experienced all the glow, strength gains, female attraction, good luck, high energy levels and all things that people say but one strange thing I have experienced lately is the universe aligns the best things for you. Like it feels literally things happening to you where you are served premium and treated royal in all aspects. Meeting a very high standard people nowadays and it’s all by mere coincidence. I saw a girl passing by with her mom. She looked like 25 & astonishingly I felt her aura & presence. The presence that you feel when you retain in pure form. I saw the freshness and vitality she had. I knew she was retaining as well. I have seen 1000’s of good looking women but none had this magic. There is something magical about retaining. When a women retains she too glows & her presence can be felt just like me. On the other hand I have stopped conversing with people of low mindsets and negativity. There is one more benefit I wanna share. When you retain with 💯 % purity you can feel things in beforehand that’s gonna happen in the future. The bad luck and bad things literally stops. Though I am not a rich guy, people assume I am a rich person and no matter what they treat me very friendly and try to win my heart. Apart from all these I love the sense of freedom and independent mindset, SR has given me.
