Hey everyone, I’ve been hunting for The Art of Darksiders by Joe Madureira to add to my tiny collection, but the aftermarket prices are brutal.
The absolute best deal I can find right now is a paperback version for $80. The hardcovers are virtually non-existent online, and the few copies that pop up are listed for $300+.
Before I give up, does anyone know of a niche bookstore marketplace, collector forum, or reliable alternative where I might find a hardcover copy for a decent price?
Are paperbacks even worth it? Does anyone have this version maybe to share some insights?
Growing up in a third-world country, there were no local stores that sold games, and digital storefronts didn’t accept our regional payment methods. Pirating the games wasn't about trying to save money—it was literally the only way I could play them. ( DS1 and DS2).
Because I couldn't buy a real copy, I tried to make the download feel special. I would download a lot of art pics and custom icons online, organizing the folders perfectly so the files looked like a legitimate digital collection.
16 years later, things changed, and I finally managed to get the official physical copies shipped to me. Holding the actual cases and putting them on my shelf feels awesome after starting out with just a customized desktop folder.
Right now, I'm waiting on my physical copies of Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition for PS5 and Darksiders III for PS4 to arrive. Hopefully, I'll be able to add the Death figure to the collection soon too. It feels great to finally own the real thing.
Has anyone here actually received an order from ThroneTerra, specifically the JoyToy Titus figure? I unfortunately just found out this site might be a scam after I already placed my order, largely because I was misled by Google AI which told me the website was 100% safe and reliable. I have read conflicting things online—some people claim they do actually ship legitimate JoyToy items because they buy in bulk directly from the factory nearby, while others insist the whole platform is a fraudulent operation. If you have personally used this website, did your package actually arrive, and did you get the exact Titus figure that was advertised, or did they pull a bait-and-switch on you? I would really appreciate hearing about anyone's real experiences
As of now, i am facing some delivery issues regarding my region in Bombusbee (and other sites based in China) because they exclude my country from their site. I am trying a work around, but it has a chance to fail too.
I will have no issues ordering it via US-based websites, so my question is: Will 5KToys have this figure soon?

I was not expecting it to be in a such good condition, almost pristine. I am so happy i was able to find one copy of this. I also included the Warmastered edition i recently got for the PS5.
I am also waiting on DSII(PS5), DSIII(PS4), DS Genesis(PS4), DS1 and DSII for PC (Sealed)
