Does anyone else feel that H&M's moving news was leaked?

So I have a feeling that H&M + family's moving news was leaked by the BRF, bcs news outlets have put out this info before H&M have even made an announcement on it.

While I am happy that they are getting closer to the family and they are free to do whatever they want, I also wish that there would be no fears for their safety and wellness. I feel like after Jason Arday the media is looking for it's next target to divert people's minds. What do you guys think?

How have y'all navigated the training period of your first acute care job?

Hey guys, I recently accepted an acute care offer for a Level II trauma center. I have had prior acute care experience (Level II FW in a hospital based setting). I greatly enjoyed my experience and it inspired me to go into acute care. But I got only a 117 on my clinical, and I saw a max of 6 pts everyday - that was the required # of pts we were supposed to see. On top of that my FW ended last November, and I will be joining at the new job in 2 weeks, so I'm quite worried it has been a LONG time since I have practiced these skills. Im just fretting over forgetting literally everything and going crazy (I'm confident in my pt handling skills, clinical reasoning and knowledge but I get absolutely anxious when I'm in a new setting and take a lot more time to process things).

The new job has some more complicated diagnoses, and a higher productivity - we are supposed to see +/- 10 pts a day. I'm supremely worried bcs I have a hard time with learning time mgmt - I used to spend 40 mins with evals initially until I got better towards the last few weeks of my clinicals. I am nervous that I may have regressed in my skills and I won't have the same amount of time as a level 2 FW to catch up. How can I make myself feel less nervous and more confident ?

Read this article recently about the dynamic between estranged parents and children.

This article delves into the dynamic between estranged parents and children, and the narrative espoused by estranged parents about their family situation. After reading this article, pls tell if this seems a whole lot like the dynamic between H&M and Charles/Waleses 👀 it resonates so much with the first section of Spare where Harry asked Charles and William about whether they understood why he left and they responded that they didn't know why (despite Harry sharing so many of his concerns over the years). I'm hoping that H&M achieve the peace they need within their own family.

How do people process past issues that make them bitter?

This question is not necessarily related to the Sussexes, it is more of a personal question I'd like to ask for myself. Normally I'd like to ask this in a different sub, but I think it may be pertinent to ask here.

So I was rewatching the Netflix series on H&M and I noticed that they processed the past issues of what happened to them in a much more healthy manner compared to other people. I feel like they may be upset by previous experiences, but they are not supremely bitter about it which is not dimming their light in their work or interactions with others.

My question is, how do you cultivate that quality? I feel absolutely cynical after I left my last job due to issues I faced with racism and sexism (I work in healthcare). I pointed out these issues out many times to my manager, but I realized 8-9 mos into the job that it is a toxic work environment where my progress or effort would not be appreciated. I ultimately left that job in April this year, and recently finished my doctoral degree and I'm working to get my license to get a higher ranking position in my field. While I'm studying for my licensure exam, I can't help but be bitter about my past experience and how I was taken advantage of. I am feeling really worried that my future jobs at also look like this.

How do you forge ahead while staying positive and how do you maintain your boundaries with people?

Is my fleurel dahlia doing okay? I am scared because Google says this is thrips.

Hi guys, I planted a clump of fleurel tubers from Brent and Beckys in my covered balcony in TX (zone 8) 3 weeks ago. I have never over watered this plant - I only water it around 2-3x a week, it receives 13-14 hours of indirect sunlight(I plan to buy a grow light for this area). Google says it's thrips - is it truly thrips?? I'm getting really scared - there has been some rain in our area which may be providing some extra water.

I want to grow tomato plants and dahlias - will this UFO bay light work?

I'm trying to grow tomatoes, peppers and pomegranate seedlings on an outdoor balcony space with 13 hours of indirect sunlight. I also have dahlias and lotus. I've decided to supplement the growth with these UFO lights: https://www.barrina-led.com/products/barrina-150w-ufo-led-high-bay-lights-5000k-21000lm-ip65-waterproof-110-beam?\\\_pos=1&\\\_sid=8276ffaac&\\\_ss=r

Will these be fine? They are 5000K, 10000 lm, and 150W. I am super unsure about whether they will be enough. I see so many posts about plants requiring atleast 6000K and shop lights not being enough. All of this is super confusing and frustrating - I would appreciate any guidance!
