Dimple piercings help

Hi! I got my dimples piercings done 4 days ago and the left side is healing nicely, swelling has gone down a lot but the right side is still extremely swollen and hard. I cant feel the back of the jewelry anymore and im worried about my cheek healing over it.

Do you think I just need to wait more for swelling to go down or should I intervene? First pic is the right side.
