I've come to Reddit, once again, asking for help

My grandma died a few years ago from cancer (she was a frequent smoker). I was looking through her sewing stuff and found this lighter in there. I reverse image searched it and I found out it's a gas lighter.

Because I didn't want to place it somewhere just for it to collect dust, I'm asking if someone can tell me if I can fill it up again and, maybe, keep using it, or if it's too far gone.

I've been looking for songs that feel like coming of age movies/ series like TEOTFW and INOWT (aside from the soundtracks), specifically grungy/ punk-rock like Hole, Nirvana, Old Green Day (old songs Kerplunk-Nimord), Le tigre, Dazey and the Scouts, Blur, April March etc.
