Will german ancestry come back?

When i first got ancestry dna it was way off from what I was told growing up. Then as the years progressed it got better and more accurate. And now I have no idea. How they are sectioning off things is very confusing. Idk why it doesnt just go by country? Last update they practically got rid of Germany and grouped it together with other countries. Im worried this update will be even more confusing then the last.

10/10 lower back pain yesterday. I had no idea it could be that bad.

Ive had some weird symptoms for 2-3 weeks now. When it first happened I had sensitivity in my privates and I peed myself twice. The back pain was very mild at this stage. I went to the ER and they checked bloodwork, urine, ultrasound of my uterus and ovaries, as well as a bladder ultrasound. They looked relatively fine though they saw i could have pelvic congestion syndrome.

Over the next week's I learned to use the bathroom all the time, I wore compressions to combat the heaviness, and I didnt leave my house much due to embarrassment and fear. I did have maybe a half a day were my lower left butt cheek went numb.

This week on Tuesday evening my inner right leg started to be in pain as well as my back started hurting more then usual. My husband rubbed my back which felt nice but obviously the pain returned. Went to bed woke up Wednesday to the same back pain I had the night before until I stood up and walked around my house. I have had 2 children, ive had decently sized kidney stone that took more then a year to pass. That back pain wow it was right there with childbirth.

I went back to the ER they ran some of the same tests and added a xray and everything looked fine. I have no idea how everything can look fine when you are in THAT much pain. The only thing that relieves it is laying in a ball, and a ice pack.

I did message my doctor if she thinks a mri is reasonable? Idk ive never had this happen before I didnt even know back pain could be this bad without actually breaking something. Any advice? Or experiences? I feel so in the dark about this all and my anxiety has been pretty high.

Also I think if I did hurt my back it was a couple months ago falling out of a hammock and landing on my tailbone. I did initially have a headache and back pain from that but it went away within a day so I thought it wasn't that bad. I will say I didnt take it easy I lifted some pretty heavy things so idk if never really healed and I made the situation worse?
