my life was rocked a day ago. Sudden weird chest pains, shortness of breath, shoulders and back extremely sore.

about an hour later I was calling 911 and being ushered up to ICU.

I had to get a stent to clear a total blockage.

Didn’t think I’d be ready for this reality check. but here i am. typing this as i sit in a hospital. thankfully just got out of the ICU a few hours ago. hopefully going home today.

please make sure you watch what you’re eating and what medical professionals say to you. I’m a thinner guy who smokes a lot of cigs to deal with stress and anxiety. I was told over a year ago after some blood tests that i was a walking heart attack. I joked about this with coworkers and didn’t take the warning seriously. lesson learned.
