This weekend right before the sunrise set at a music festival outside of St. Louis I caught a mysterious man in a light up robe in front of me. I asked him if he had ever been to West Virginia and he said no.

Very nice state park! It was really quiet except for all the wildlife. I went camping mid week so it was probably 1/3 full although almost all the campsites were booked. The park had great facilities and all the other campers were very respectful and quiet.
