“No, Director. That would be a cheap bribe. This is just the best ice cream in the neighborhood.”

I have a question about Rising Stars. If a story reached the RS ranking in only one genre, for example, "Action" but, after a few days, ended up leaving that ranking, is there still a possibility for that same story to reach the overall RS Top 50?
