Bass Player needed for Indie/Alternative band
Hey! We're Likewise, and we’re looking for a bass player for an original indie/alternative rock band in San Diego.
Influences/vibe: Nada Surf, Young the Giant, The Killers, Jimmy Eat World, Kings of Leon, Foo Fighters, Deth Cab for Cutie, Weezer, etc.
We’re all around 40ish, experienced, easygoing, and doing this because we love writing, recording, and playing. Not trying to tour the country or quit our jobs... just make good music, record, and play shows occasionally.
We rehearse about once a week in Point Loma.
Main thing is finding someone who can play, contributes musically, and is a good fit personality-wise. No need to be flashy or overly technical.
If this sounds like your thing, send a little about yourself and anything we can listen to.
Here are the 3 songs we just recorded:

Cheers.
