I'm distraught.

"Smart casual" dress code. Not sure what that means really and she only mentioned sundresses. Worried this baby blue reads too white. Am I overthinking? Too casual? Not smart enough? End of May in Tennessee and I'm pretty sure it's outside. Help!!! Also I sized up ik the one I tried on was a little small lolll. Opinions appreciated!
