Hi everyone. I'm a 23M who's looking for my first apartment by myself. My budget is sub $1200 base rent. The only other things I really care about would be a washer and dryer included. I know the budget is low but I have found some decent options so far including:

- Cary Pines

- Bacarra

- Brampton Moores

- MAA Waterford

- Weston Reserve

- Amberwood at Lockmere

Any recommendations and/or advice would be much appreciated.
