It’s Tim Hortons. What do you expect? That’s like complaining about the cost of servicing your car after taking it to a dealership. We all know the old Tim Hortons died over ten years ago.

Obviously everyone would love to go to the final etc but for the games you have the money for were you able to get tickets?

I saw Cat 1 tickets for QF Match 100 for $2160 CAD. Nearly pulled the trigger, especially with all the hype around that potential match up. Had it in my cart, was on the payment screen. Then I realized I was about to spend over two grand to watch a football match. Add in flights/accommodation and it would be $3K CAD at least. If it was a SF or the Final I think I could stomach it because it's akin to watching history. I love the World Cup so much however some things just aren't worth the money. I could buy a carbon frame road bike that will last me ten years or two high end camera lenses that will last a lifetime for the same amount.

Already going to some group matches but had my eye on a good knockout game for quite some time, however when the time came to pull the trigger realized it's just not worth it.

Two of the three cheapest World Cup matches on resale have consistently been these two matches in San Fran. They must be laughing haha.
