Coated the shells with nooch and a couple other seasoning to get the cheesy flavor and impossible ground meat :p

Newly vegan and I REALLY wanted something like a sausage McMuffin
Vegan maple sausage, just egg, sourdough English muffin, avocado and vegan mayo on the bread :)
