i had to do a little researching to figure out what is going on but i think i have it figured out. If symptoms add up to something that falls outside of what they are allowed to treat they are supposed to mention that before ending the call. time and time again my partner has had video call cancel on them out of nowhere with no explanation. it leaves us confused and unable to make a more informed decisions.

like seriously tf, why would you treat your patients this way.
