Simple leg workout

I had 30 min to try and finish this one. I wanted 5 rounds but only got 4 today. Legs were cramping up, I think I didn’t drink enough water today, and ran out of time before going off to the next kids sports game. If I had more time I would have made it to all 5 rounds… Still made my legs burn though

-20 sandbag squats
-4 sandbag ground to shoulder
-60 seconds jump rope

-6 sandbag clean and presses
-12 band lateral raises
-25 band pull aparts
-60 second jump rope

4 round superset
-15 band tricep skull crushers
-15 band bicep curls
-10 per side mace 360s
