I usually drive for 3h on weekdays, and I was starting my "shift" that Tuesday when I got, at first, a double order of around 10 miles for $20. I decided to take it. On my way to the 1st pickup, which was a restaurant, I got an add-on order of around 5 miles for $5, seeing in the minimap that was within the route of the 1st 2 orders, I decided to take it, now a total of $25 for 15 miles (5 being on the way back - kinda) 1st mistake, being the 2nd mistake thinking the 2nd order, which was an Advance Autoparts delivery, was the highest paying order/delivery.

I went to the restaurant, the delivery was just 1.89 miles away. Good! I thought, this must be the piggyback riding order, and it was within the general route from the auto parts to the 10 mile destination (Hollywood Fl.)

After I delivered the auto parts order, the 3rd order was indeed 5 miles away, not within the route, but I said to myself, we'll at least I'm not going back home empty handed.

You know that when you get tips from multi orders you kinda know how much was each trip, as opposed to the general earnings tab for that multitrip. What is my surprise when I checked the tip for the 1st delivery, the restaurant that was less than 2 miles away. It was $14.51 for a total of $17.47 for 1.89 miles.

Then I got the 3rd trip tip, which was $2.00 for a total of $5.07 (this was what they offered anyways) with a milage of 9.79 (not the 5 miles they initially told)

But anyways, I never got a tip for the Autoparts order, but doing some simple math it was less than $3.

Total 3 order: $25.50

Restaurant: $17.47

3rd order or another restaurant: $5.07

This adds up to $22.54, so 25.50 - 22.54 = $2.96 for the auto part, which was the responsible for the first 10 mile order total distance.

Isn't this crazy???? They should be clearer in this regard, have I known before I would have simply canceled the auto parts order and never accepted the 3rd add-on order.
