NotePin S or Note Pro for my use case? (Memory issues during casual conversations)
Hi everyone,
For a while now, I’ve been noticing that I sometimes have trouble remembering parts of casual conversations with friends, and it’s becoming a bit frustrating.
I don’t think the issue is really my memory itself, but more the environment. When I’m with friends, there’s usually a lot going on around me, multiple people talking, background noise, distractions, etc., and I find it harder to stay fully focused on the conversation. Later, I sometimes realize that I’ve forgotten parts of what we talked about.
So I was thinking about getting a small device that could record most of these conversations and give me a short recap at the end of the day, mainly as a way to refresh my memory.
I’m currently considering the NotePin S and the Note Pro, but I’m not sure which one would be better for this particular use case.
Most of the time, it would be conversations between 2–5 people, sometimes in relatively quiet places, but also in noisier environments like cafés, restaurants, or when we’re out somewhere.
My thinking is that if I can clearly hear what the other people are saying, the device should hopefully be able to pick it up as well, but I’m not sure how realistic that is in practice.
Has anyone used either device in similar situations? How well do they handle group conversations and background noise? And between the NotePin S and Note Pro, which one would you choose for this use case?
Thanks!
